We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fabricator/ and Installation Jobsite Leader to join our team and contribute to the fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance of various metal structures and components. Responsibilities
- Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG, and arc welding to fabricate and install metal structures according to specifications.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to guide fabrication processes.
- Supervise or assist in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities across manufacturing or facilities environments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing tasks related to operating equipment and/or welding operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding techniques including MIG, or arc welding with the ability to read schematics accurately.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in manufacturing or facilities maintenance environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation purposes.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for guiding junior team members or overseeing projects.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Experience in equipment operation, having a cdl, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
