Job Description:

PowerHouse Roofing is growing, and we’re hiring an experienced Siding Superintendent to lead and manage our siding projects in the field. There is a lot of growth opportunity and we need the right people to help build our team!

The Siding Superintendent takes full ownership of each project in the field. You’ll lead crews, coordinate materials and equipment, maintain quality and safety standards, solve problems, communicate with homeowners, and keep projects moving from start to completion.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work alongside your crews when needed, help set up ladders and equipment, move and deliver materials, maintain the jobsite, and step in wherever necessary to keep the project moving. Taking ownership means seeing what needs to be done and getting it done.

Responsibilities

• Own siding projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, production, and customer satisfaction
• Lead crews, set expectations, and maintain accountability for workmanship and performance
• Inspect installations for proper flashing, clearances, fastening, weatherproofing, and manufacturer standards
• Help recruit, train, and develop skilled siding installers while building a strong in-house siding crew
• Keep projects on schedule and coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and jobsite needs
• Maintain clean, organized, professional, and safe jobsites
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, crews, and the project team
• Solve jobsite challenges quickly and work hands-on wherever needed to keep projects moving
• Deliver finished work that meets PowerHouse standards and that you’re proud to put your name on

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2 years of siding installation and field leadership experience
• Must speak Spanish
• Strong knowledge of James Hardie siding systems, including flashing, clearances, fastening, weatherproofing, and manufacturer installation requirements
• Experience with additional siding systems such as LP SmartSide, vinyl, fiber cement, and related exterior products
• Experience leading and managing crews
• Strong understanding of proper siding installation practices
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Professional communication with homeowners, crews, and team members
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines
• Willingness and ability to perform hands-on field work as needed

Preferred Experience

• Soffit, fascia, and gutter systems
• OSHA knowledge or safety certifications
• Managing multiple crews or projects simultaneously
