PowerHouse SMART® is selecting FIVE Emerging Talent honorees to receive special recognition at the 3rd Annual Minnesota Luxury Conference — THE EVOLUTION OF EXCEPTIONAL: Leading What’s Next in Luxury, Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at International Market Square (IMS), Minneapolis.
This is not a traditional job opening. It is an opportunity for exceptional talent to be recognized, celebrated and introduced to an influential community of luxury industry leaders, business owners and potential employers.
EMERGING TALENT CANDIDATES
We are seeking emerging professionals, recent graduates and talented individuals interested in career growth, internships, collaborations, new opportunities or simply greater connection within Minnesota’s luxury design build community.

There is no specific age or career stage required.

FIVE WILL BE SELECTED
Deadline for submittals is September 30th.
Each selected Emerging Talent honoree will receive:
• Complimentary admission to the afternoon Minnesota Luxury Conference experience beginning at 2:00 PM and Cocktail Party through 7:00 PM CT
• Recognition as one of our 2026 PHS Emerging Talent Honorees
• A Certificate of Honor from PowerHouse SMART®
• Access to exceptional industry education, speakers programming
• Introductions to leaders throughout Minnesota’s luxury design build community
• Visibility among potential employers and industry decision-makers
• Recognition through PowerHouse SMART® social media
• The opportunity to connect and build relationships with an extraordinary community of luxury industry professionals
TO BE CONSIDERED
Candidates must:
• Be based in Minnesota and able to attend November 4, with the goal of working in the Twin Cities area
• Work in, or be pursuing a career within, design, architecture, construction, landscape or a related luxury residential industry
• Submit a current resume
• Submit a portfolio and/or brief statement introducing yourself, your experience and aspirations
• Provide three professional references
• Participate in a brief Zoom interview with PowerHouse Companies Founder CEO Wendy Cohen
• If selected, commit to attending Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at International Market Square in Minneapolis. Honorees are invited to join the conference beginning at 2:00 PM and MUST arrive no later than 3:00 PM SHARP for the Emerging Talent recognition and are invited to remain through the Cocktail Party.

Only five candidates will receive this recognition. If selected, we are counting on you to show up, participate fully and represent our industry with professionalism.
