Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team, this is a twice a week position to open the gym on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The shift is 6:45 am to Noon every Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- General Stocking of supplements
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office management software; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail for proofreading tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
