What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor Trainee, you’ll play a vital role in managing all aspects of our restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all front and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily functioning. - Promoting excellent customer service and tactfully handling customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. - Maintaining quality control for all food served and identifying areas for improvement. - Analyzing staff evaluations and feedback to enhance the customer experience. - Projecting future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products. - Ensuring health code compliance and maintaining sanitation standards. - Identifying opportunities to cut waste and reduce operational costs. - Facilitating the training of new employees and providing ongoing support for staff development.

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 3 years of experience in management and/or the hospitality industry. - A strong working knowledge of food and beverage sales. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - A decisive and critical thinker who can make sound decisions under pressure. - A commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.
