Key Responsibilities
- Travel: Ability to handle consistent travel throughout PA.
- On-Site Oversight: Conduct daily inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with blueprints, OSP (Outside Plant) designs, and site plans.
- Quality Assurance: Verify that all materials used meet project requirements and that workmanship adheres to safety codes and standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs, including photos, GPS coordinates, and notes on labor, equipment, and materials used.
- Issue Resolution: Identify construction bottlenecks or design discrepancies and collaborate with Project Managers and Quality Control to find field-ready solutions.
- Final Walkthroughs: Lead the "punch list" process and final inspections to authorize project closeout and handoff to the quality control team.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years in telecommunications (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (significant travel between sites is required).
- Physical: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, navigate uneven terrain, and occasionally climb or work at heights.
- Soft Skills: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to use mobile software.
