We are hiring an experienced 1099 Independent Cleaning Contractor to join our cleaning team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can provide high-quality cleaning services, communicate well with clients, and work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for a contractor who already has active insurance coverage, including at least general liability insurance, and can provide proof of coverage before starting work. This is a contractor position, not an employee role.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services based on assigned jobs.
- Follow company checklists and cleaning standards.
- Arrive on time and complete jobs professionally.
- Communicate clearly about job status, issues, or supply needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be a 1099 independent contractor.
- Must have active general liability insurance or equivalent contractor insurance.
- Must provide proof of insurance before beginning work.
- Must have prior cleaning experience.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Must be able to work independently.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with residential cleaning, move-out cleans, Airbnb turnovers, or commercial cleaning.
- Supply your own basic cleaning equipment and products.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
