As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you will:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Build strong relationships with customers and members of our community
• Provide knowledgeable product and vehicle information
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
• Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through delivery

Compensation

Our compensation plan rewards performance through commissions, volume bonuses, gross profit bonuses, used vehicle bonuses, CSI and certification incentives, and longevity bonuses. The harder you work, the greater your earning potential.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
