We are seeking a friendly, patient, and service-driven Customer Support Center Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality support across phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service while maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.⸻Key Responsibilities     •    Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or support tickets.     •    Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.     •    Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.     •    Escalate complex problems to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.    •    Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.     •    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.     •    Assist with account updates, order tracking, billing questions, and general support requests.     •    Meet performance targets including response time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.     •    Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and overall customer experience.⸻Qualifications     •    High school diploma or equivalent required.     •    Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.     •    Strong communication skills (written and verbal).     •    Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.     •    Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and typing.     •    Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.     •    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.     •    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.⸻Key Skills     •    Customer service     •    Communication     •    Active listening     •    Problem-solving     •    Time management     •    Conflict resolution     •    Data entry & documentation⸻What We Offer     •    Competitive pay     •    Remote or on-site work options     •    Paid training     •    Growth and advancement opportunities     •    Supportive and collaborative team culture
