Role Overview
I am seeking a Social Media Account Manager to oversee day-to-day content, engagement, and reporting for one main client, with the opportunity to take on more accounts based on strong performance.
You’ll manage the client’s social presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), keeping content organized, consistent, and on schedule. This includes coordinating videos, maintaining a content calendar, handling daily engagement, and providing simple monthly reports.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and schedule roughly 30 posts per month across platforms.
- Coordinate video content and deadlines with the videographer.
- Monitor comments and messages daily within business hours.
- Engage lightly with B2B and community pages for visibility.
- Maintain organized content buckets and calendars.
- Track performance metrics and share actionable insights.
