Busy family-owned electrical contractor hiring an experienced Lead Mechanic / Foreman-level electrician for residential renovations/new construction throughout Suffolk County.
Full-time, steady year-round work available.
Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Run jobs independently from start to finish
- Lead crews professionally and efficiently
- Read plans and layouts confidently
- Troubleshoot and problem solve in the field
- Maintain clean, code-compliant work
- Communicate effectively with crews, clients, and management
Qualifications:
- Strong residential and/or commercial electrical experience
- Strong NEC knowledge and safe work practices
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
