We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform industrial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to keep surfaces in optimal condition.
- Execute custodial tasks in both residential and commercial settings as needed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are functional and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
