What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Powerforce Inc.?
We are hiring Independent Contract Drivers to provide delivery services
Drive your own vehicle
We run deliveries 24/7 and have many different driver opportunities available for immediate hire
We deliver medication to nursing homes, retail products to homes and offices, products to hospitals & blood banks, automotive supplies, specimens for labs and mail for banking institutions
Deliveries occur in the daytime, evenings and overnight, 24hrs a day, 365 days per year
We offer YEAR ROUND work
We offer flexible scheduling on a weekly basis based on your availability
We offer Routes and Hot Shot work
This is a 1099 contract position
Qualifications include:
- Fuel efficient/reliable vehicle
- Must be 18 or older to perform this service
- Good, clean record (background checks are completed for both criminal & driving records)
- Cell phone/Smartphone, laptop/tablet with access to the Internet
- Willing to drive in all weather conditions
- Provide Great communication and Outstanding Customer Service
- Be Reliable and Flexible
- Willing to drive long distance to other cities like San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas
