Lead Technician – Power Supply Division

Responsibilities:

· Lead and perform testing of AC/DC and DC/AC power supply systems, inverters, and battery-backup units.

· Help Develop and maintain standardized test procedures and performance documentation.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose system or component-level electrical issues using test instruments.

· Ensure adherence to safety protocols and product quality standards.

· Provide technical guidance and oversight to test technicians.

· Work closely with design and production teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience testing or troubleshooting power supplies or related electronics.

· Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electrical test instruments.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics accurately.

· Solid understanding of power conversion and circuit operation principles.

· Leadership or supervisory experience in a test or production environment preferred.

· Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background a plus.
