Job Summary

PowerBlock is seeking an eCommerce Content Specialist eager to take on the rewarding challenge of helping build a brand internationally with quality content.
This part-time role will be responsible for managing content on our top sales channels at powerblock.com and amazon.com. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will help grow eCommerce sales by ensuring our customers have the best product information available.
You will write product descriptions, optimize product listings, manage product translations, and manage digital media. You will be responsible for keeping PowerBlock content in sync across ecommerce channels by importing and exporting data from system to system using spreadsheets and data manipulation.

Objectives of this Role
- Ensure product data is accurate and complete on platforms like Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Walmart, PowerBlock.com, and other online retailers
- Optimize product listings, maintain product information necessary for eCommerce, and organize product media across eCommerce channels
- Support internationalization efforts by translating content using Shopify translation tools and systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Review and monitor product data and media for accuracy
- Make updates to the product information database, gather and synthesize product information from various departments
- Create new products across ecommerce channels and make updates to product information as necessary
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Gsuite
- Experience with editing large datasets and manipulating spreadsheets with Excel or Google Docs
- Experience in content management systems
