About the Role
Powerballers Baseball and the Powerballers Athletic Center are seeking a driven, organized, and inspiring General Manager to lead daily operations, support coaches, elevate athlete development, and strengthen our growing community. This role plays a key part in upholding our values of God, Family, Fun, while helping athletes grow as players and young adults.
Responsibilities
• Lead and support coaches and staff across baseball teams and facility operations
• Oversee player development structure for 10U-17U
• Manage scheduling, waivers, checklists, and operational systems
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional training environment
• Communicate clearly with families, coaches, and partners
• Support program growth (clinics, classes, lessons, memberships)
• Assist with marketing, retention, and customer experience
Qualifications
• Strong leader and communicator
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
• Experience in sports, coaching, or youth development preferred
• Comfortable with technology (scheduling, digital forms, communication systems)
