Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Moon township, PA. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' physical and psychological conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement rehabilitation strategies to help patients regain optimal functionality. The role involves collaboration with medical teams, effective communication, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, including pediatric patients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
- Strong Communication skills for patient interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience and interest in working with diverse patient populations, including Pediatrics
- Commitment to providing individualized, patient-centered care
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the applicable state (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus
