We are looking for an experienced Power Washing Technician & Crew Leader to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in both fieldwork and customer interaction, with a strong background in commercial and residential power washing.
You will be responsible for leading crews, ensuring high-quality service, and helping grow the business through excellent customer service and light sales.
Responsibilities:
- Perform power washing services for residential and commercial properties
- Handle window cleaning services when needed
- Lead and manage a small crew on job sites
- Communicate with clients professionally and identify upsell opportunities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Use company apps/software for scheduling, updates, and communication
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are followed
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in power washing (commercial & residential)
- Experience with soft washing, pressure washing systems, and chemicals
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage job sites
- Strong communication and basic sales skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and job management software
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical labor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in window cleaning
- Experience working with property managers or commercial accounts
- Bilingual is a plus
