**Job Description:**
The Arcade Bar Lead will be responsible for overseeing a portion of the daily operations of the arcade bar, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for gaming and hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the arcade and bar.
- Supervise and motivate a team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.
- Maintain inventory levels for both the bar and arcade, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement promotional activities and events to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Train and develop staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a bar lead or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of arcade games and bar operations.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business management is a plus.
