Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for residents.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by cooking light meals when required and ensuring all areas are sanitized.
- Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently.
- Conduct outdoor work such as patio or porch cleaning to uphold the home's exterior appearance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout each visit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work, with knowledge of janitorial procedures and floor care techniques.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, carpets, and outdoor areas using appropriate tools and products.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following sanitation standards.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks promptly without sacrificing quality.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work activities.
- Excellent client communication skills to understand preferences and address concerns professionally.
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.

Pay: $22.45 - $27.04 per hour
