What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant position at Power Staff Healthcare?
Power Staff Healthcare is seeking a CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team to provide our hospitals with Day and Night personnel throughout the Phoenix Area. A great candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a CNA. We are paying up to $23 per hour for this position. Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Administer prescribed medications to patients
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Assist in the transport of patients
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work well in teams
- Physical
- TB
- MMR
- BLS or CPR
- Arizona issued Finger Print Clearance (if Psych)
- CNA Cert
- 2 valid forms of ID
