Factory Gear Pro Shop – Salem, NH (inside the Icenter)
Factory Gear Pro Shop is looking for a Full-Time Pro Shop Manager to lead operations in a dynamic hockey retail and apparel production environment. This role blends retail leadership, team gear sales, apparel production, and customer engagement inside one of the most active ice rinks in New England.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily pro shop operations: gear sales, inventory, ordering & vendor coordination.
- Lead and track team sales, invoices, and customer orders.
- Design and produce custom apparel & team uniforms.
- Operate heat press, embroidery, sublimation, and equipment (training provided).
- Train and oversee part-time shop staff and ensure smooth schedule coverage.
- Maintain inventory, restock merchandise, and manage vendor relationships.
- Work closely with league staff to support tournaments, player events, and team fittings.
- Be part of a high-energy hockey environment and support our growth brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in team sports sales or pro shop retail preferred.
- Background or interest in textile/apparel customization (screen print, heat press, embroidery, sublimation).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy rink environment.
- Familiar with Shopify, POS, or willing to learn.
- Able to stand and move during shifts.
- Full-time availability — must be able to work nights & weekends (hockey season).
Hockey knowledge or interest is a huge plus — passion for hockey goes a long way here!
