We’re looking for skilled Mechanic Technicians to join a stable, family-owned manufacturing company near Bozrah, CT. This is a hands-on role supporting production and keeping machinery running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support production and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Shifts & Pay:
- All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- $32–$52/hr depending on shift
- Overtime opportunities available

- Experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial equipment repair
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork
