Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of parking garages and surface lots
- Sweep floors, ramps, and stairwells; remove trash, litter, and spills
- Perform light outdoor upkeep (leaf blowing, weed control, snow/ice removal)
- Operate and maintain cleaning tools and small equipment
- Report and document maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance work preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (truck preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
