What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Power Panels LLC?
Responsibilities
Management and quality control of parts being staged for production products. Strong emphasis on organization and staging.
Process inventory for delivery.
Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
Work closely with Procurement department, assist as needed.
Report damaged or missing inventory.
Stage and properly label parts for production projects
Cleanliness and overall organized.
Operate forklift to move or store inventory. (Willing to train)
Ensure warehouse is free of debris and remove safety hazards from areas.
Manage inventory.
Make pickup and deliveries.
Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed.
Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
Building maintenance.
Assist production employees when needed.
Computer knowledge.
Open to opportunities to learn within the electrical production stages of the business.
Accountable and dependable.
Self-motivated.
Requirements
- Warehouse management experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass drug screen/physical
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Able to work independently
