Graphic Designer & WordPress Specialist

Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & WordPress Specialist to join our team. This position blends strong design skills with technical expertise in WordPress. The ideal candidate will not only produce exceptional, on-brand creative assets but also maintain, update, and manage multiple WordPress websites, ensuring they remain secure, functional, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Branding
• Create visually compelling designs for websites, landing pages, graphics, and digital campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• WordPress Management
• Manage multiple WordPress websites, including routine updates, plugin management, backups, and security checks.
• Oversee hosting environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with hosting providers when needed.
• Perform HTML/CSS adjustments and minor coding customizations within WordPress themes.
• Ensure sites are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Collaboration & Client Communication
• Work closely with team members to translate creative ideas into web-ready solutions.
• Communicate with clients when needed to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide updates.
• Contribute as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong design portfolio.
• Hands-on expertise with WordPress site management, themes, and plugins.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with PHP or JavaScript a plus.
• Strong understanding of web hosting, domains, and website troubleshooting.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
