Pediatric Physical Therapy specialty practice is seeking Administrative Assistant to work with patients and insurance to get coverage and rectify claims issues.
Position 1 - Full-time claims handler
- Patient referrals
- Initiate and follow up on authorizations
- Claims calls
- Preferable to have knowledge-base and experience of Google Platform (mail, drive, docs, and sheets)
Position 2 - part-time billing
- Insurance claims processing
- Billing
- Data entry into EMR
- Patient billing and contact
- Preferable to have knowledge-base and experience of Quickbooks and running Square payments
- Preferable to have knowledge-base and experience of Google Platform (mail, drive, docs, and sheets)
Prior medical office experience is preferred, but there will be on-site training to acclimate to the policies and procedures of this office.
