In this vital role, you will support various accounting functions, manage data entry, and assist with financial reporting in support of our company goals! Your passion for the duties relating to this role will contribute to the overall success of our gyms and programs.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and reconciliation of transactions.
- Help prepare financial reports and supporting documentation
- Manage payroll-related tasks and related data entry to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with budgeting processes, financial analysis, and tax-related activities to support organizational financial health.
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or governmental accounting environments with a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting software
- Familiarity with payroll management systems with experience in accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Experience working with financial software
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry
