Our growing used car dealership in Lindenhurst is looking for a motivated and energetic Bilingual BDC Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and internet leads
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries
Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
Deliver a professional and positive first impression to all customers
Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities

Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone and multitasking
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
Automotive, call center, or sales experience is a plus — but willing to train the right person
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
