Power/mation has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This role is essential to ensuring our turn-key solutions and engineered projects run smoothly-from quoting and order entry to delivery and invoicing. You'll be at the center of our solutions business-connecting teams, solving problems, and making sure our customers receive the best possible experience. It's a role that blends technical coordination with relationship-building and operational excellence.
Project Coordination & Support
- Enter and manage project orders, quotes, and pricing requests
- Verify component availability, expedite orders, and ensure timely delivery to integration partners and customers
Customer & Vendor Communication
- Provide responsive customer service and resolve issues related to orders, returns, repairs, and credits
- Keep engineers, sales staff, and customers informed of project status
- Coordinate part shipments and maintain clear communication with integration partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Attend meetings with integration partners to ensure alignment and progress
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to support project execution
- Ensure accurate invoicing and margin tracking upon project completion
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (technical background a plus)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Epicor P21 preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial automation products (mechanical, electrical, PLC systems) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel to offsite customer or business locations as needed
