Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Bakersfield, CA. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. The individual will drive the growth of the company’s material handling and warehouse equipment solutions within Kern County, Tulare County, and Northern San Luis Obispo County.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
- Proven expertise in Business Development and relationship management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the material handling or warehouse equipment industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and general computer literacy
