Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional at Power Kia, located in Salem, OR. The Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right vehicle. Daily tasks include greeting customers, providing product demonstrations, facilitating test drives, and guiding customers through the financing process. The Sales Professional will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and market trends, and work towards achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle features
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales records
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
