- Shift Report
- Read and Document in Logs
- Rounds as instructed by supervisor.
- Updating client files
- Intake/Discharge
- Housekeeping as instructed by supervisor
- Facilitating daily group
- Supervising client behavior
- Supervision/documentation of client participation in-house12-Step meetings
- Medication administration
- Treatment referrals
- Insurance authorizations
- Client 1:1s as needed
Job duties will vary depending on our client’s individual needs and the needs of PHD as a whole.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
