Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Personal Trainer/Physical Therapist to inspire and guide clients on their journey toward improved health, strength, and mobility. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of clients’ physical health, biomechanics, and body mechanics to tailor effective workout programs
- Design group exercise routines that incorporate strength training, pelvic floor exercises, core strengthening, aerobics, and yoga.
- Provide motivational coaching to encourage clients through challenging workouts and celebrate their progress
- Ensure safety during training sessions by adhering to first aid protocols, CPR procedures, and AED operation guidelines
- Train women of all stages, including prenatal and postpartum as well.
- Promote fitness industry services through providing excellent customer service to grow client base
Skills
- Proven experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or physical therapy with a strong understanding of physiology and anatomy
- Knowledge of biomechanics, body mechanics, program design, and fitness industry best practices
- Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), first aid, AED operation, and liability insurance is required
- Ability to motivate clients with energetic coaching styles while building rapport through effective communication
- Experience in group fitness instruction or teaching physical education
- Familiarity with gym equipment operation, heavy lifting techniques, and manual handling safety protocols
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
