Our 2-4 month program is custom-designed for each individual and provides exposure to multiple departments across the business. You will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders throughout the business. We invest time, energy, and resources to ensure this is one of the premier SkillBridge programs in the country. Below is a brief overview of the available departments you will work with throughout your program.

- Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer the chance to learn the ‘business of the business’ while being surrounded by some of the best leadership in the country.
- Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow you to work in high-performing teams to ensure every project is a 5-star experience for our homeowners.
- Craftsman Academy- A customized schoolhouse to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews for us.
