We are seeking an Installation Partner Readiness Administrator to support the Legal Department’s compliance function. This role is responsible for ensuring that Power’s subcontractors—known internally as Installation Partners—maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications necessary to perform residential remodeling services across Power’s national footprint. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable engaging with external partners and insurance carriers to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an Installation Partner Readiness Administrator to support the Legal Department’s compliance function. This role is responsible for ensuring that Power’s subcontractors—known internally as Installation Partners—maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications necessary to perform residential remodeling services across Power’s national footprint. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable engaging with external partners and insurance carriers to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Audit Installation Partner profiles within Power’s proprietary Nitro system to ensure ongoing compliance with licensing, insurance, and lead certification requirements.
- Verify that all Installation Partners maintain current and compliant insurance policies, including general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto insurance coverage.
- Track and monitor the subcontractor’s home improvement licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Communicate regularly with Installation Partners, insurance carriers, and government agencies via telephone, email, and text to obtain documentation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Partner with the Contractor Compliance Manager to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with Installation Partner operations.
- Support internal audits and reporting efforts to identify and resolve compliance gaps.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Power’s compliance databases and document management systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department’s compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
