What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Nuclear Planner position at Power Generation Nuclear Services?
Power Generation Nuclear Services (PGNS) is hiring an experienced Senior Nuclear Planner to support PANDAS deployments and customer engagements across the U.S. operating fleet.
This role works at the intersection of traditional nuclear planning and AI-augmented work product generation. You'll bring deep planning expertise to inform how our PANDAS platform produces work orders, schedules, and corrective action scopes — and to validate work products before they reach plant of record.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review nuclear work orders, work packages, and outage planning artifacts
- Validate AI-generated work products against plant procedures and tech specs
- Engage directly with utility customers during PANDAS deployment and integration
- Contribute to procedure development, FME planning, and pre-job briefs
Required:
- 7 years nuclear planning experience at an operating commercial reactor
- Demonstrated proficiency with work management systems (Maximo, eSOMS, NAMS9, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of nuclear work control processes and tech specs
- U.S. citizenship required
Preferred:
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Outage planning experience
