Position Summary
The Service Concierge serves as the primary advocate for our customers, managing interactions to enhance loyalty and business growth. This role ensures outstanding care throughout the customer journey, from initial contact through follow-up. The Service Concierge acts as a liaison between customers and department managers, facilitating prompt resolution of issues. This position authorizes transaction adjustments and reimbursements to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the overall customer experience to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication to resolve issues during the sales and service processes.
- Develop and oversee a thorough customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Create and implement action plans to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and relevant departments for timely issue resolution.
- Participate in department meetings and provide feedback about the customer experience.
- Provide backup support within the team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
