Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. This full-time role involves managing online and phone leads, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales growth through effective lead management.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about vehicle availability, pricing, and features via internet and phone.
- Schedule sales and service appointments while maintaining clear communication with customers and team members.
- Manage lead tracking and maintain detailed customer records using the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into confirmed sales opportunities and appointments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service departments to support promotional efforts and increase online engagement.
- Stay informed about inventory, pricing, vehicle features, and available incentives.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals related to appointments, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, digital engagement, and lead quality.
- Adhere to Power Ford’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer care.
- Participate in ongoing training about Ford products, technologies, and e-commerce tools.
Job Details
- Salary: From 30,000 to 80,000 a year, including hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses or commissions
- Job Type: Full-Time

Working Conditions
- Primarily office and phone-based work involving extended periods of computer and phone use.
- May require occasional weekend or evening shifts.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant coursework preferred.
- Experience in automotive BDC, sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Positive and energetic attitude with a professional phone presence.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
