Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid services at customer locations.
- Operate and maintain the mobile service van, ensuring it is organized, equipped, and safe.
- Diagnose minor vehicle issues and effectively communicate findings to customers and service team members.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service while keeping the work area clean and efficient.
- Complete all service documentation accurately using dealership systems.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Coordinate scheduling, parts requirements, and follow-up services with the Service Department.
- Maintain the dealership’s reputation through integrity, professionalism, and quality service.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs offered by Ford Motor Company and Power Ford.
Working Environment
- Regular operation of the company’s mobile service vehicle.
- Work outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Physical activities including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible scheduling may be required, including occasional weekends or evenings.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or ASE certifications preferred.
- Previous experience as an automotive or lube technician is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a mobile service schedule.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance and demeanor.
