What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate (Receiving) position at Power-Flo Technologies Inc?
Power-Flo Technologies is now hiring a full-time warehouse associate to join our receiving department. We are the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions- housing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.
Full-Time. Monday - Friday. 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Salary Range: $17 - $20/hour

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.
- Pull and stage orders for shipment
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage
- Organize Inventory
- Cycle Count
- Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle (box trucks and vans)
- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed)
Requirements :
- Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required)
- 1 years of warehouse experience required
- Receiving experience required
- Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management
- Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
- Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Forklift experience a plus
- Experience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures
