Salary Range:$17.00 To $24.00 Hourly (depending on direct industry and product experience)

Opportunities for Growth
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadlines.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, information, and promotions. Suggest alternative or additional product when appropriate.
- Pick and fill orders when appropriate.
- Ensure that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied by the appropriate documentation.
- Purchase special order material, for customers, as per company procedure. Expedite open orders.
- Process product returns, per company procedure assuring, that all documentation is collected.
- Assist in maintaining the counter and product display area ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
- Assist warehouse, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years training or experience in the electrical industry.
- Knowledge of electrical products.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- A valid and clean driver's license to travel to local vendors as needed.
