Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Manage customer inquiries related to project updates, billing, scheduling, and product information with clarity and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to coordinate service delivery, track customer requests, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to log interactions, update customer records, and track follow-up actions
- Support marketing efforts by providing feedback on customer needs and preferences to help tailor outreach strategies
- Analyze customer data to identify trends or issues that could improve service quality or operational efficiency
- Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining company processes and setting expectations for project timelines
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or account management within a SaaS (Software as a Service), financial services, or related industry preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and build rapport with diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights that enhance customer experience or operational performance
- Experience supporting sales initiatives or marketing campaigns is a plus
- Knowledge of SaaS products or construction industry terminology can be advantageous but is not mandatory
