about the position… As Power Design expands into mechanical work, we’re seeking a Ductwork & Sheet Metal Foreman to take a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, high-performance projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our jobs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction — while leading a skilled crew in the field.You’ll have access to cutting-edge tools and technology – including fully equipped iPads and company smartphones – and the opportunity to advance your skills at our 16,000-square-foot training facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, where we offer hands-on, customized training courses. Position Responsibilities… Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including managing materials, manpower, and workflow Take ownership of enforcing and promoting high standards of quality, productivity, and safety Leverage technology such as a company-issued iPad and smartphone to track progress, manage schedules, and exceed expectations Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-tier results on every project here’s what we’re looking for… OSHA 30 certification preferred.
