Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, delivering a high-quality, service-oriented experience
- Support the coordination and execution of People Experience activities, ensuring work is organized, tracked, and completed with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with employee inquiries and requests, helping to facilitate solutions through collaboration with internal partners
- Contribute to a well-organized and efficient workplace environment, including front desk and guest experience responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions and work
- Support team priorities and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to “jump in” where support is required
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or HR support role
- A genuine people-first mindset with a passion for helping others and delivering a high-quality service experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to take ownership and contribute wherever needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a professional and approachable presence
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solve, and support evolving team and business needs
