IT Asset Specialist

The IT Asset Specialist is responsible for handling all facets of Power Design’s innovative operation. In this role you will be providing convenient and comprehensive services for all plan management, printing, inventory control, office supplies and shipping needs. You’ll be the champion of our employees in helping them accomplish their goals. Apply today! position details/responsibilities… Manage and prioritize internal customer request queue while responding to user requests in a quick and efficient manner. Determine most appropriate methods, including outside vendors and suppliers, for accomplishing projects in the most time and cost efficient manner. Review operational procedures, identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes, and make recommendations for improvement. Manage and process deliveries and packages. Supervise and maintain perpetual inventory and distribution of supplies. Assemble critical documents accurately and in the most efficient method while maintaining quality standards. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. here’s what we’re looking for… Strong customer service focus Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task. Strong communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal. Must have professional, positive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience required. Familiarity with office equipment (large copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.) and reprographics experience preferred, but not required.
