As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in executing memorable and high-impact customer experiences. You’ll coordinate client visits, foster lasting relationships, and represent Power Design’s brand through hospitality and professionalism that creates raving fans.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage customer visits, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan logistics and support high-visibility client events.
- Support the Customer Experience team by providing pre-visit planning and post-visit follow-up.
- Engage with visitors to ensure every interaction reflects Power Design’s values and service standards.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and tours for visiting clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or event coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
