Weekday Schedule
Schedule & Time Commitment:
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- Start Time: 5:00 PM (arrival in Salisbury)
- Responsibilities include:
- Pick up athletes in Salisbury at Power Cross
- Transport to Statesville Power Cross for practice
- Assist with practice and coaching
- Transport athletes back to Salisbury for drop-off at their homes
- Frequency: Every other weekend
- Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (varies by tournament schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport athletes between Salisbury and Statesville.
- Ensure all athletes are accounted for during pickup and drop-off.
- Maintain order, structure, and accountability during travel.
- Communicate any transportation issues immediately to leadership.
- Assist with baseball practices and drills.
- Support head coaches in instruction, organization, and flow of practice.
- Help reinforce discipline, effort, and team culture.
- Build positive relationships with athletes through consistent presence.
- Model strong character, integrity, and faith-based leadership.
- Encourage athletes spiritually, mentally, and physically.
- Help maintain a structured and respectful environment.
- Communicate with coaches and directors regarding attendance, issues, or concerns.
- Be reliable and consistent in attendance and responsibilities.
- Support overall team operations as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check (required for all staff/volunteers).
- Experience in baseball (playing or coaching preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent.
- Ability to manage and lead groups of young athletes.
Salary : $15 - $20
