Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face at the counter to understand their project needs and recommend appropriate construction or building materials.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service, negotiation, and upselling strategies.
- Achieve sales targets by closing deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical support.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction or building material sales with a focus on inside sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
