Inside Sales Representative
Location: Stafford, Texas (Hybrid)
PAC Solutions is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is much more than an order-entry position. You'll work directly with end users, EPCs, contractors, and manufacturers to develop quotations, solve technical challenges, manage projects, and support some of the largest energy companies in North America.
You'll become an integral part of a fast-paced team where your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, and you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Responsibilities- Prepare quotations for valves, automation, instrumentation, power systems, control panels, and engineered equipment.
- Process customer orders from quote through shipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Follow up on open quotations and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity.
- Assist outside sales representatives with technical and commercial support.
- Resolve customer issues quickly while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Learn new products and technologies to become a trusted technical resource.
- Experience in inside sales, industrial distribution, or technical sales.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience preparing quotations and processing orders.
- Comfortable learning technical products and specifications.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho CRM, or industrial automation products is a plus.
- Experience in oil & gas, pipeline, automation, controls, instrumentation, valves, or electrical equipment is highly preferred.
